I do not know how I am picked to do a survey. I have not been in Gasoline Harley for about four years due to the parts manager. I was talking to a parts guy and I wanted a solid piece of rubber for under the dash on my Heritage. I thought you sold bulk material for this well the parts guy call the manager over from the end of the counter and he is the most ignorant person I have ever seen. My wife gave me a $200.00 gift card thank god it was for any Harley Shop and I ended spending it at Kanes in Calgary they treated me like I was family not like the Gasoline Alley Shop. I was going to spend my gift card and probable a lot more in fact there was about ten items on the counter when the manager got ignorant to me so I yelled at my wife who was over at the clothing area and said we were out of there and I never purchased a single item. In fact I have not even been back inside your shop since thanks to that manager you lost a customer for ever and I tell lots of my brothers to buy elsewhere because of him. If I could rate it less than one star I would.
