My favourite Odin riding gloves were recently stolen right off my bike while parked. I was angry and in panic mode as they werent something I wanted to replace unless they were the exact same. I knew that with Covid shortages that may be hard to find in such short notice !! I had heard that Gasoline Alley Harley in Red Deer carried this brand of gloves so I reached out immediately. My call was immediately answered by a very friendly staff member named Kelsey. She was very quick to locate the exact gloves I was inquiring about and of course confirm the size which they did have !! She immediately offered some very reasonable shipping options as I am located in Saskatchewan and my gloves were on their way with a tracking number and all. I was very happy when the gloves arrived exactly two days later as Kelsey said they should arrive by and they were exactly what I ordered !! 10/10 customer service, I will be ordering more clothing from them in the future for sure.
